Crash incident involving metromini (mini bus) happened again in the capital. This time, it happened to Metromini B 92 Grogol-Ciledug route with plate number B 6304 AZ which hit 2 pedestrians at Jalan Meruya Utara, Kembangan, West Jakarta, Wednesday (12/16) around 6 AM.

While Muntasih is in critical condition and admitted intensively at Permata Hijau Hospital

"There are two victims, they are a mother named Muntiasih (37) and her child named Azam (7), the residents of Kampung Samgrahan RT 02/06 Meruya Utara, Kembangan," said Chief of Traffic Unit for West Jakarta Metro Resort Police, Comr Heri Ompusunggu, Wednesday (12/16).

He told, the child died at the accident scene. "While Muntasih is in critical condition and treated intensively at Permata Hijau Hospital," he told.

Allegedly, the metromini driver could not control the bus' speed due to malfunctioned brake. "At the beginning, he was hitting electricity pole then hit the mother and her child who were walking. We have secured the driver and the bus," he disclosed.
